  • We try our best to exceed your expectations, however mistakes happen. Please let us know prior to leaving the salon.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any services to anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR THE SERVICES. We offer complementaries fix within 4 days of the service completion pending management approval (Except Regular Polish).

  • Knowledge of service prices is the responsibility of the customer before services are started.

  • We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items 

  • By signing your credit card invoice, you agreed to a satisfactory of our service and authorized us to request funds. If we did not meet your expectations please address the matter to our staff prior to leaving the salon. We respond with the best customer service practices.
